Few words abour the Cabécou : This little cheese contains its creaminess
under a white striped rind. The Cabécou is a medium refined
cheese (from 10 to 12 days) which develops a taste of goat
characteristic but still delicate with a light taste of hazelnut.
Cheesemaker tricks ! >> it can be eaten fresh, dry or creamy but it can also be kept in some white wine, walnut or olive oil.
