Characteristics :  Soft cheese with natural flowered rind

Few words abour the Cabécou :
Goat milk speciality, this cheese is the Pérail de Brebis’s ancestor. It is still made in the traditional way.

Now the Fromagerie de La Lémance is one of the last to produce this cheese. Le Cabretin is a delicate cheese covered by a white rind naturally flowered. Its heart is soft and smooth.
