Few words about the Pierre du Lot :

This cheese native of the South West of France, is exclusively made from whole milk. The use of this kind of milk allows a cream cheese with a old fashioned character.


La Pierre du Lot is conditioned in a terracotta pot as in the past. This packaging allows the cheese to ripen in a special way which makes its texture smooth and its taste light and so special.
